How long does it take to create a website?

This completely depends on what you need. It takes longer to build a 100 page website than a smaller 8 page brochure website. We have a service where we can create a website in as little as a day – On average a website takes 4-6 weeks.

How much do you charge?

Absolutely! With the aid of online conference tools such as Zoom, it makes working with businesses anywhere in the world straight forward.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely. We understand the importance of a mobile/tablet-friendly website. We work hard to ensure your website looks great on all devices.

Will we have full access to the website?

Yes, we give full training to you and your staff to make sure you can edit all content, we don’t believe in locking clients out of their websites and are always on hand to help if you need some additional assistance.

Will my website show up on Google?

Yes. We design websites from the ground up so that they work well with search engines like Google, Yahoo! and Bing but this could be limited so you may wish to ask about our SEO packages for more comprehensive representation.

We’re launching a new luxury brand. What do we need?

We can talk you through everything you need, including:brand strategy, brand identity (logo design), brand guidelines, photography, copywriting, website, stationery, etc.

My current website is on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify etc. Can we still work together?

Of course! While we don’t work on platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, – WordPress t is our platform of choice – and if you’re open to making the switch (it’s super easy), we’d love to work with you.

How do you accept payment?

For most projects, we request a 50% down payment to schedule in work. We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal. The exact details and terms will be provided in our proposal. The final deposit will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, We have a few different ways to break up payments, and it’s totally up to your preference which one you choose to go with.

Options include our typical 50/50% split, paying in full, or breaking the project total into even monthly payments which complete at the end of your estimated website timeline.
